Where to pick up ticket(s)

Due to unforeseen cancellations, changes in schedules and required use of the USTA’s digital ticketing system, we will hold the confirmed ticket(s) under your name and email the link to accept tickets within 24 hours of your session.

Upon receiving the email from US Open Ticket Office with subject “The Trump Group Just Sent You US Open Tickets”, follow these steps:

First - do you have the official US Open App on your mobile phone? If not, download it from either the App Store or Google Play or the following link: https://www.usopen.org/en_US/interactive/mobile/"

Once downloaded, open the ticket link email from your phone. Click Accept Tickets and the link should recognize the app and automate the process.

We suggest that you also add the tickets to your phone’s digital wallet for faster entry and to avoid any connectivity issues at the stadium center. You can link to your Ticketmaster account and utilize the same login, but the US Open app must be on the mobile phone.
